Hey dude. I was just wondering if you were planning to continue A Young Lady's Guide to the Demon Slaying Arts anytime soon. I really enjoyed reading it despite lacking an account on the site and still check every now and then for an update. I still consider it to be one of the better written works I've read(in terms of fanfiction) to this day. While I can understand you not wanting to continue the work(I've known a bunch of stories that just kinda stopped without ever finishing) I would still like to know if it's gonna update or if it's simply dead. Thank you!
The short answer to that would be to consider it dead. At least, for the foreseeable future. It's not a definitive answer, and me being fickle, I may start working on it again during summer. But while I've always meant to continue my incomplete stories, and the idea's constantly been sitting in the back of my mind, I've just been finding it harder and harder to get around to doing it again. Seeing how you and others like you enjoyed my works really motivated me, and I'm really thankful that people liked what I worked on and put out there. I guess over the past year or so, things have just been busy and tough all around for me, and I don't think I can invest so much of my time into writing for now. It disappoints me just as much as it disappoints you, but life happens. So, thank you for your politeness and your compliments, and I hope this offers a bit of closure to the whole ordeal, if nothing more.
Thanks for telling me. While it is unfortunate that it's most likely discontinued, it can't be helped. I understand certain, more important, real world things becoming more important than a hobby you're working on or when you leave something alone for a while and you start to lose inspiration or interest in it and I do appreciate you writing back to me. While it is unfortunate, I've seen it happen to numerous other works and frankly, like I said before, it can't be helped. It's really unfortunate since I typically see this hapen to stuff I actually like/care about.

I was actually interested in these characters in this story, Scarlet in particular, and while it was a "some-what crossover" I felt you did a good job setting it up as it's own thing with a couple of problems here or there, but nothing that was exceedingly harmful to it. You're writing was nice and descriptive and I could actually follow what was going on most of the time. And I also have to give you credit for writing an OCish character that I actually cared about and was interested in her origin! Good work!

All I can say is thank you and best of luck!
